AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
– Ensure to avoid exposing the eye area to water within 24 hours of the initial or touch-up procedure. Water contact during this timeframe can compromise the adhesive, leading to potential lash detachment;
– Do not use any type of mascara, or any oil based make up remover around the eye area;
– Do not rub, tug or pull on the extensions;
– Please contact your eyelash extension technician with any questions you might have about your new lash extensions.

CAN I APPLY MASCARA TO EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
While mascara is not necessary or advised due to the natural illusion created by the extensions, if desired, it should strictly be water-based. Avoid the use of oil-based or waterproof mascara, as these can compromise the bonding agent, leading to a shorter lifespan for your eyelash extensions. Additionally, when removing mascara, exercise caution and utilize only water-based eye makeup removers.
CAN I SHOWER, EXERCISE, OR VISIT A SPA WHILE WEARING EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Certainly. The waterproof bonding agent we employ enables activities such as showering or exercising with due care. While overall maintenance is minimal, we advise refraining from washing the eye area for approximately 24 hours following the eyelash application to ensure optimal results.
CAN I USE EYELASH CURLERS WITH EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
We discourage the use of mechanical eyelash curlers on your extensions, as they can potentially damage both the extensions and your natural lashes. While the extensions have a natural curl, if a more pronounced curl is desired, we recommend opting for a heated eyelash curler for a safer alternative.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
- Do not get lashes wet for 24 hours;
- Avoid hot steam or sauna;Â
- Avoid running water directly on your lashes;Â
- Do not rub your eyes;
- Only use water-based mascara (optional);Â
- If applying mascara do so from middle to tip, avoid root area;
- Use water based eye makeup remover;
- Do not perm your lashes;
- Do not use a mechanical eyelash curler;
- Do not pull on your lashes (this may cause your natural lashes to come out prematurely).
IS THE PRODUCT FDA-APPROVED? IS IT SAFE?
Presently, the FDA does not regulate eyelash extensions as they are applied to the natural eyelash hairs and do not come into contact with the skin. The application process is generally pain-free and relaxing, with many clients even falling asleep during the procedure.
